I found a few of these in my collection. I ran through the thread and was only able to identify one as Mitteldeutsche Creditbank (MC) - would appreciate any help with the other two. Thank you. |

Sorry, but both identifications are not correct. MC cannot be Mitteldeutsche Creditbank, because the M of that company has more holes. It depends on the town (Hamburg or Mainz). DKB is not catalog number -2, but -3. The "D" has 12 holes instead of 11. And the FG is one of those companies (all one publishing house probably). |

I have this cover shown below with a Perfin stamp. The perforated initials are "A K C". Can anyone provide more information on this particular perfin? |

Used by Hugo Linder Deltawerk, a maker of iron tools and weapons in Solingen, 1911-1923. |

You first posted a willingness to look up German perfins in 2016.
Does the offer still stand 7 years later?
I have three I need to identify.

These two I'm sure of. This one I'm not. There are a lot of options for this one. This is my best guess based on the pin count, layout, cancel location and date. To be sure, I'd need the specific height and width of the perfin, to the fraction of a mm. No ID yet on the last one. And BTW, try to work on the quality of your images. Makes it considerably more difficult. |
