They should be named and shamed here in public so all will know their business practices. If they wish to reply with a public "excuse" then they have that opportunity also.
Back to the OP's posting, it continues to amaze me WHY various shippers actually post this scanning information. It seems this should ALL be internal beyond perhaps the receipt date and the delivery date and only available upon asking after an item has been in the system for 4+ days beyond its expected arrival date.
