No personal experience but they have sold 1.3 million items on eBay and are also a large Amazon seller. In both cases reviews suggest overall positive experiences. Do you have a specific concern? |

I've purchased from the UK operation. There have been instances of sloppy description/inept picking, but, overall, I've found them better than World of Books. I eventually gave up WoB over its failure accurately to describe books - or, as it may be, its staff's inability to check that the sold item matches its description. |

I have made a couple of purchases with them, and never had any issues. Fast getting the shipment out the door and well packaged as I recall. |

So I don't have all the details in front of me, but, I did post in another topic re: USPS delivery issues before I realized it may be ( have been ) OSM Worldwide Shipping issues. Sorry for brevity & typos - on phone.
I sent awesomebooksusa a message telling them that their carrier for there FYI had shipped my item from like NJ to OH To LA within a short distance of destination then shipped it to TX, like Grand Prairie then Houston. Just so they'd know. I wasn't short or rude , just informative.
They then apologized and cancelled my order.
I then told them that I wanted the item, but was letting them know what the shipper did. They said that they wouldn't have one to sell and apologized again.
Just seemed strange.

I suspect that these huge volume sellers don't want to mess around with detailed investigation - just refund and move on. |

This is absolutely routine for USPS now. 10-15 days is quite normal. I am seeing it every day as a seller. |

Good to known- thanks! I guess unless paying for 'expedited' , the new norm. Probably will get even worse… |
