Hello Wonderful Philatelists,

Among my extremely organized deceased uncle's boxes, I found a fat little envelope with lots of canceled stamps, many of them from the 30s-50s Switzerland, as well as other parts of the world and US.

I also found this sealed empty envelope that traveled from Essen to Ruttenscheid, Germany on 2.2.(19)05.

I have two questions:
1. can someone help me understand if the envelope has some (please forgive my crassness) financial value? and
2. Would any of you like to have, at no cost, this stamp collection?

Please do forgive my ignorance about how to participate properly here, I mean no disrespect.

Thank you, FavoriteNiece

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to contact people directly in this forum until you have 50 quality posts. So if someone asks you to post your email or mailing address, it will be quickly scrubbed from this system.

A better way is to donate it to a charity, as proposed by rodgcam.

Thank you Rogdcam and Partime. I shall send these stamps to the Stamps for the Wounded. This sounds like the very best way to share them.

Appreciatively, FavoriteNiece
