They are meter impression from franking machines, not stamps.
Since your profile suggests you are from Belgium, I expect you, regularly, see them on mailings from government institutions, banks, and insurers.

Thank you very much for the information NSK!
Do you have any idea where I can get more information about these, and if there is any value to them?

It is a niche, but they are collected.

I do not know if there is a catalogue for Freistempel / Absenderfreistempel. Maybe one of the Michel catalogues lists these.

You might search the German Ebay site for "Freistempel" to get an impression. Most will have very limited value.

@ghostPanzer, there are online catalogs and you can find them or contribute something new if it's not listed yet.
I googled: "meter stamp catalogue"
One of the sites:

You might want to google the various companies that sent the mail, some might have been involved in the holocaust. I have some meters of companies that were involved as part of my Holocaust Perpetrators collection.

Recognised Buna from Primo Levi; a subsidiary of IG Farben, as was Hydrierwerke Pölitz. The former ran Monowitz subcamp of Auschwitz. Checking the latter, appears that it was a joint project of IG Farben, Royal Dutch Shell and Standard Oil of New Jersey, used 30,000 slave and forced labourers at Pölitz of which 13,000 died. Hydrogenation of oil for synthetic fuel.
