Count them horizontally or vertically if you're looking at the stamp normally

17 what? 15 what? I think you need to count the 15 again. I see a different number.

Either way, here's a catalog page that I believe includes your stamp. Hint: Not the expensive one.

I think you need to count again I was wrong about the 15 but 17 by 14 is what it is

Yes, is 14 x 17. My comment was that the 15 not correct. I also wanted to be sure your 17 reference was to rows because you listed the dimensions in the opposite order. You said 17 and 15, but it's important to say which is columns and which is rows.

The convention is columns x rows. That is how they are identified in the catalog.

It can also be said it is horizontal points x vertical points. The catalog uses the term POINTS, but there are some mentions of rows (see Z grill).
