I have obtained a small group of Russian stamps and I would like to ask you a question about one of them. In my opinion it is a SC#201a, but the doubt arises in the overprint stains above 7 and 5. Is that a double printing or a failure of excess overprinting?

It is not an error, just the usual poor print quality. Do you have access to Zverev or Zagorsky? You can also see all of the cataloged varieties here:
