2019 US Specialized Catalog does not list a B2_1.

*Where* are you finding this designation. Please provide a link or scan or some method for us to understand the source for this. Otherwise your question is far too vague.
Alternatively, and I dislike investing time in speculation, perhaps this is an early reference to what is now listed as B5, which has the 2014 date? Or do I remember something about die cut varieties on the B1 stamp?
