Nice thread! although I have hundredths of covers in my different collections, I never thought about this idea to make a collection by date.  Let me add item from other corner of the world: Laos: First day cover sent registered from Vientiane, Kingdom of Laos Dated 19 February, 1962 Date both on FD postmark and hand postmarks  |

Austria Scott 960 Postmark dated February 19, (19)92 at EGGENBURG. The 0 indicating time would make it midnight which is odd since Eggenburg is a very small town and why would there be a clerk at that time cancelling stamps.   |

Canada Scott/Unitrade 41 Cancelled on February 22 1897 at Spence Ontario.  Spence was a thriving settler community in the last quarter of nineteenth century supplying the logging industry with food, horses and strong men. But by the end of the century after all the trees were chopped down Spence rapidly declined and was a virtual ghost town by 1948.
