They are commemorative stamps from Switzerland. The small stockbook they are in makes me think it came as a package as part of a subscription service. The QSL card is not related to the stamps. However, there may be a stamp on the back side, if the card was mailed.
That picture is very unclear. However, based on the thread title, these are stamps issued by Switzerland, in 1973. I recognise two "Europa" stamps, that would fit with the thread title.
It appears all special and permanent issues of 1973 are there.
