What watermark does this stamp have? And how many mm long is the Arabic text? The overprint looks questionable. |

Assuming this is the September 1920 issue, SG20 (15x14) or 29 (14), Gibbons refers to minor varieties due to broken type. Some of the Hebrew letters look odd, but I'm not an expert.

Based on the information, it should be this stamp. I have serious doubts about your overprint and the below one being the same. |

@Ibigfoot,
Thanks for that information.
When it comes to such varieties, I have my doubt the source - a wiki-type site - is fully reliable. Among this type of websites, it does a good job.
It is not just the one letter at the end. The whole overprint appears different but using the same or very similar fount. The catalogue entry suggests the overprints were not performed at a professional stamp printer's. I do not know how much variety there was in the overprints.
By the way, OP and his double, no longer are with us. |

Most of the Palestine overprints have varieties due to the poor printing methods which were common at the time. The Bale Specialised Palestine Mandate catalogue gives exceptional detail on this and is a good reference source. However even this specialised publication may not have captured every variety. |
