Croatia Exile Issues - Genuine Vs Fake

I noted that there has been an interesting discussion in the past about Croatian exile issues after the fall of the WWII Ustasha regime. This has included the common triangle and UPU fake issues that were generated to dupe collectors, and thus make money for the perpetrators. There was however a genuine exile movement that issued stamps - still cinderellas, but semi-legitimate. They actually issued a catalog. The catalog cover is pictured below.
