After nearly 14 years as a cover seller on eBay, he has retired:

cjmce1

I found him to be the source of many good and some quite excellent covers over the years.

I will miss him but I do support one's ability to retire. I have do so myself.

I've also made many good purchases from him over the years. I hope he enjoys retirement with his own hobbies.

Odd that he is retiring given he was still buying as of about a month ago.

Is Adam continuing without Brian?

Retirement doesn't mean your quitting . It could mean your only handling a small group of your most active customers and dropping any new business and especially small customer transactions . Today many older people still keep active in their their field or profession .

For years after I left the brokerage business ,I was still getting a percentage check for my accounts .

He was never buying for just himself. While they ran their eBay stores in their own way, cjmce1 and his cousin drwhostamps on eBay shared administrative activities. Covers are still being sold by drwhostamps and stock is required.

I think he is a nephew, not a cousin.

I bought several covers from this dealer. Always fair with good material. Hate to see him leave, but best wishes for his retirement. (I also buy from DrWho). I had no idea of their real names of their connection.

I spoke to Brian and he has NOT retired. They simply decided to consolidate all their listings under drwho.
