Not sure who used this stamp, or why. Looks like for maybe a jamboree or something maybe? I did my stamp identifier and google, and still no trace.

Looks like a toy stamp from a child's game -- like Monopoly money. Or maybe an actual summer camp "issued" these for campers to use at the camp store? Not a postage stamp, though.
