Great Britain Unknown Cancel.

I would appreciate if someone can say
what is this cancel. It's diferente in shape, from most cancels on U.K stamps l have in my collection.

It looks like an ordinary CDS (circular date stamp). What do you think is different about it?

It's circular, with date etc, although the writing is all illegible. A scan, rather than a mobile 'phone photograph, might make it a little clearer.

I couldn't read the text because it is smudged .
I hoped somone had a stamp with similar cancel . Sorry but I don't have the equipment needed to make images with better quality ,this is the only photo I could post. It has a larger and different in shape leters then most of the cancels on U.K stamps I have in my collection. I am not very familiar with the subject .
I was just curious to know from where and wath type is it, tath is why I asked for help .
