My father-in-law passed away and he had a stock certificate for the Dual Truck & Tractor Company. I can only find like three references to the company and a handful of others referring to the company owner.

Does anyone have any information about this company and what happened to it?

Those ads are probably the best you'll do in terms of information. The certificate isn't engraved, so it's unlikely that it was listed on any major exchange.
