When this stamp was issued commemorating 50 years of the city of Coyhaique, they wanted to show an image of
Cerro Castillo, a mount wich is located near the city


But the designer the stamp mistakenly used an image of
Mount Lavaredo (in Italy).
How many guys reviewed this work before printed and none of them noticed ?
