The Songkran festival is celebrated in Thailand as the traditional New Year's Day from April 13 to 15. Here is an image of a stamp depicting a demon sitting on a dog, encircled by the Chinese zodiac, printed by lithography, and issued by Thailand on April 13, 1994 to celebrate Songkran Day and the Year of the Dog, Scott No. 1566.
