One of a series from Bolivia 1946 commemorating the adoption of their national anthem.
Music by Leopold Benedetto Vincenti, lyrics by Joseph Ingacio de Sanjines.

In an interesting aside, while looking up these gentlemen, I found this website listing stamp portraying national anthems from around the world.
Possibly a good resource.

If I may add a little something here, I recently received this as part of an exchange with another member and I quite like it. Ironically I have previously owned a damaged version of this which I sold on Ebay for 99p so to get a pristine copy was most welcome.

Carmen is an opera in four acts by the French composer Georges Bizet (1838-1875). The libretto was written by Henri Meilhac and Ludovic Halévy, based on a novella of the same title by Prosper Mérimée. The opera was first performed at the Opéra-Comique in Paris, on March 3, 1875, and the popularity of Carmen has continued through succeeding generations of opera-goers to the present day. Here are images of the four stamps in a set depicting scenes from Carmen, designed and engraved by Albert Decaris, and issued by Monaco on May 13, 1975 to commemorate the centenary of the opera's first performance, Scott Nos. 964-67.
