It just deals with plain radio broadcast...
It's a September 4th, 1964 stamp. Edifil, Spanish Sahara#231. A set of 8 stamps (3 types) devoted to "Local Musicians".
It seems that the camel rider is listening to the "local music" broadcasted through "Radio Sahara". Who knows?

rod222 - That Post Office Strike label is hilarious, using a profile of a Bactrian camel while calling the Emergency Postal Service the "Dromoderry!"

Here is an image of a stamp depicting a proper Bactrian camel, printed by lithogravure, and issued by Mongolia on November 1, 1971, Scott No. 644.

Looks 1960's, but Spain closed her post office in Tangiers
in February 1958 (Mr. Jay Carrigan)
