I haven't been back to this thread for a while, nice to see it going strong.
Here's a recently acquired envelope with a big holiday message from the American Bible Society.
Christmas 1959.

Lovely Cindys everyone. Not been here for a while but now I'm glad I returned !

Here are few new additions to the collection:

Patriotic Labels in strips of 4, both normal and slightly unpatriotic !

Here is a sheet made by a Cinderella group....not a bad effort ! .....

....but can you spot the deliberate mistake ?

This next one was a real surprise find. A full set [6 sheetlets] of KGVI Coronation Regalia Labels in original folder. A few small faults but overall quite amazing. Here is a sample copy [shown before at SCF]

More to come here and on other appropriate threads, including Mrs.Stewart's bluing !

I don't actively collect cinderellas, but they make an interesting addition to a collection. Here's a few of mine (one or two are a bit tatty) - first pic has a KGVI coronation set, and a French advertising cinderella. Second pic has a 1914 GB from Finchley Carnival; some US anti-TB Christmas labels (I think!) and a USO Christmas label; an election label from GB (from 1946?) and another coronation set, this time George V. Edited to correct King, thanks Jill!

I've shown these two so often the sprockets have worn away to almost nothing, but they might be worth one last outing. A patriotic label from WW1, on the back of a cover from Jind State in India to Bombay:

and a WWII label from Hyderabad State in India on the back of a cover to Palestine:

(And a fat lot of good Hyderabad's being a faithful ally of the Poms did it when the Poms left India. Hyderabad was absorbed into independent India.)
