Hi Bee See. What is the chance that I go on Google Image and find the same image as the stamp.

Is is a rebuilt covered bridge in Wakefield, Quebec, Canada. Only accessible by pedestrians.

Well Done Sylvain! Merci! A similar photo without the rock at a different angle slipped right by me - so Puzzler too was correct in a sense, with the photo of the original bridge that was destroyed by fire in 1987. I saw the bridge in the 1970's. The bridge was rebuilt in 1997. The stamp could have been made for the 10th anniversary.

Some more GB Bridges. I love the sombre tones of the Palace of Westminster! The bridge just squeezes in at the back!

The Tarr Steps prehistoric bridge has got Matthews and Harrison at the bottom. I assume one of the names refers to the designer/artist but which is which?
