I was curious as to what constitutes an "Accredited Internet seller"
Can you explain please?

I believe this refers to membership in Internet Philatelic Dealers Association, Inc. (IPDA), which
is an affiliate of the APS (American Philatelic Society) and Verband Philatelistischer Prüfer e. V. -VP-.

It appears to be an organization of part and full-time dealers on the internet. They have a code of ethics
they must follow and a slogan - "Stamp Dealers On The Web You Can Trust."
