The long awaited 2023 ACSC AUSTRALIAN STATES FEDERAL PERIOD 1901-1912 CATALOGUE 2ND EDITION BRUSDEN WHITE has arrived and is available to order.

The last Australian Commonwealth Specialists' Catalogue edition that included Australian States was back in 2004.

"All of the listings and prices have been extensively revised with a number of new discoveries being listed. Further archival information has been included, and numerous new illustrations have been added."

I'll be looking forward to reading some reviews of this new edition.

I won't be getting a copy myself, as I don't collect this area to the depths that are covered.

The first edition was very well done. If only they'd do all six states from 1850!

I'd be interested to know how much space is devoted to postal history matters in this book.

Other than the date where each state's stamps were made valid for use in the other states (assuming this is included), what other information is there?

I'm researching the 1901 to 1913 time period as part of the coverage of the book I'm currently writing, but I'm focusing more on the structure of the PMG Department than anything else.
