Here is an image of an airmail stamp featuring a portrait of James Madison, Jr. (1751-1836), an American statesman, political theorist (called the "Father of the Constitution"), and the fourth President of the United States (1809–17), and depicting a patriotic family, designed and engraved by Claude Andréotto, and issued by Chad on July 30, 1977 as one of a set of three stamps commemorating the bicentenary of American independence, Scott No. C214, plus an image of a detail from a painted portrait of President James Madison.

Washington, Lincoln, and the recent residents of the White House would be easy to find on foreign stamps. What about James Buchanan and Warren Harding?
