I have obtained this copy of Australia SC#71, which has some lines around the vignette that make me think it could be a re-entry or double printing...the truth is I'm a newbie and I have no exact idea what everything is...

Those are compartment lines found on almost all KGV from Australia if you look hard enough. The keepers (in my opinion) are the ones with those lines found almost complete on at least 3 sides. Even so, they are only of value to those that collect those things.
