I found several colors of R13 in a collection. In Scott the price differences are huge between R13c, R13d and R13e. Can you help me? What are the characteristics of Silk Paper compared to Normal Paper?

These are all R13c.

An excellent resource for the ultramarine shade and silk papers on the first issue revenues is https://revenue-collector.com/sitemap.shtml.
