Any Idea Why This Australian KGV Stamp Extra Reddish On The Right Compared To The Left

Hi All. Is there a particular reason why the Australia KGV extra reddish on the left compared to the right. Thanks.

More ink on the left or less ink on the right or a combination of both.

Could also be environmental depending on how it was stored or how much light it got on the envelope when mailed many years ago.
