Earlier this year (around May?), I received an eBay message that they had updated to a 'Simplified International Selling' and that I would need to reset the 'opt out' setting. Don
Edit: I just found the old message; it was sent to me via the eBay message system on May 6th. At the bottom of the message, it noted that I could opt out and included a link to do so.
I sent a message to my customer and plan to make them good for Ebay's ludicrous shipping charges. Don - I do not recall receiving that communication from Ebay. I certainly would have opted out at that time. I am suspect that they turned it back on for my current listings. At any rate I am now out of the program. Paul
