Not that I would be interested in buying Candaian stamps, but I just had a look.
First one:

Really?

How about the shortish perforations and that obvious tear about a third down the left side? A smaller tear at the lower right? Toning of the second perforation bottom left?

I have also now put up a bunch of MNH stamps. All Canada Edwards to Arch Issue (George V). Some of these are really nice and I did check to be sure that the gum side was perfect.
