Presumably it would have to be on a block of 4.

I'm guessing the overall shape is a top hat, spool, or mortar & pestle (in keeping with the druggist theme).

An obituary dated May 1917 for John S. Anistaki, Druggist, Trenton, NJ as published in a period trade magazine ... which based on age ... I can't tell if the article reads 61 or 64 years of age (1856?-1917) would appear to be the son of the John Anistaki who originally founded the firm:
