Like your Victorias these were issued and reissued over several years. There are combinations of perfs (11, 12, 13) as well as watermarks ( 53, 56) and variations in colour. The red shield stamp could be rose red, carmine rose, or rose. The blue could be deep blue, ultra or deep ultra. Plus the 1d shield comes in two different dies.
So I'd suggest, some catalogues, a magnifying glass, perf guide, maybe a warm fire and a stimulating libation.
These can be daunting. Good luck.

Thanks jamesw, I'll take the warm fire and stiff drink first then tackle the rest.

Hi fincbob2451
In the 2010 Stanley Gibbons Catalogue for Australia. The pink is listed under New South Wales as 62, The blue is listed as 63 but there are all different Perfs. If you are lucky to find a 62 pair imperf between the pair it is worth 650 British Pounds. Other wise all the stamps pictured vary between 20 and 50 pence english.
Hope this is helpful
Regards
Horamakhet
