Hi All,

I think this one is so far back in the book that is out not even listed.
At least I couldn't find it in my 2003 Scott catalog.

It looks basically like a 1939 3c Airmail stamp - Will Rogers leaving airport office. But this one has "Timbre Telegrafico Semana de Comunicationes Vale 5 cent"

Is it not in the Catalog because it is some sort of Telegraf Tax stamp and not a postal stamp? (A Cinderella?)

On this particular one, it looks like the "f" in Telegrafico is missing the top part of the "f".

Any Info appreciated

Hi Dave,

Yes, as Wadmalatz says it's a telegraph stamp. It's not a tax stamp though - it just paid for the service.
