This is an australia KGV stamp with USA postmark on it.Unfortunely,I really have no idea why was this happened on this stamp and I have never seen any country stamp with other country postmark on it.I was surprised to discover and see thing like this to be honest.Beside that,it also looks very special to me because I can see two difference country names right on this stamp.Unfortunely,I still need the expert to explain in detail why the postmark is USA but not the other postmark used in Australia there. It is certain unusual to me but not sure if you think the same thing like me or not.

Please let me know what you think and hope to hear from you very soon over here. Please refer to the scans below and give me your opinion about it.

Anyway,I will get back to you as soon as possible after your reply over here.Thank you.

HI Bubu,
I haven't seen this postmark before and I am not an expert, but to me this looks like an Australian postmark which is referring to the postal rate to the USA - because "3d" comes after USA, 3d would be three pence. I'm sure someone more knowledgable will be able to help you more.
An interesting puzzle - thanks for posting!

This is certainly not a USA cancellation. Here is an example of the full cancellation:
MINIMUM LETTER/ RATE TO USA 3D/ ADDRESSEE PAYS/ DOUBLE/ DEFICIENCY

22crows,this is certainly not a USA cancellation as guaranteed because that is impossible that the postman got the USA seal and cancelled on this stamp and the postman from USA did not go to Australia to cancel on this stamp for sure.Beside that, your information and the link that you have provided are correct.Thank you for replied very much.
