R.m.s. Carmania

This is a 1907 postally used postcard of R.M.S. Carmania..i thought some ship enthusiast would like it..so I listed it on ebay for 3 bucks..not 9.95 like the dealers ask..and I relisted it and relisted it..i guess they don't care about Carmania !

Joel the postmark is a generic New York,N.Y. Apr 24 1:30 a.m. 1907..i currently have the card listed on eBay..if you wish to still see the postmark I can scan it !!

Noone ever accused Phil of being a cancellation collector.

That just reminded me Phil asked me about a stamp with a cancellation and I forgot to get back to him. Price has doubled by now probably! Ya snooze, ya lose. Must go see what trouble I am in now.

Phil, I looked for this card on eBay to see how you were titling and describing it but I couldn't see it. Is it listed now or was listed recently and where at, under what title or names in the title? Help! Don't want to buy, although I am attracted to the older steam ships at the beginning of the steam era, but just curious.

I found it! I had to go onto eBay dot com (I usually am on dot ca Canada) and you only ship to the USA so that wouldn't show up on the eBay I am looking on.

Looks good to me except you could tilt the photo the other way so the port side is listing instead of the starboard. That seems to work as people look at things left brain / right brain at times. I have tried both with different items and the left side down seems to sell better.

Oh, and say New York or NY before the word Postmark. I think that that reads better. All just my opinion of course.
