It just goes to show, you should never judge an envelope by its cover.

While going through a box of covers the other day, I came across this:

When I opened it up, this is what I found:

It was really neat to see the fabric samples and read the advertisements.

If there is anyone that would like this, it's yours. I don't know if anyone collects things like this, but I would love for it to go to a good home.

Although I'm not particularly interested in your mailer, I do know the "New Process Company" is still in business today under the name of it's founder, known simply as "Blair". I've ordered from them for years and they offer this video history of their company. If you advance to 5:25 in the video, it makes direct reference to their mailers that included fabric swatches as shown in your example:

Hello spanishmoss, I will be happy to take this off your hands if still available. I collect advertising items like this among many other things.
Thanks

wt1- Thank you for the company info. Now that you mention it's Blair, I remember seeing them advertise all the time in the Sunday paper. Neat that they are still in business after all these years.

fincbob, if you will send your address, I will gladly get this in the mail to you tomorrow. I'm glad it's going to a good home!

Thanks again
