I have been trying for many years -- You're a lucky man djd. Most I meet these days find it amusing that I have a stamp room and spend a fair amount of my free time with these little works of art. Just last night I was in a wine bar with a group and the topic of my stamp collecting came up in front of a new face. I think at first theres disbelief and then the usual questions a) Whats your oldest stamp b) What do you actually do with them c)How many stamps do you have d) How long have you been doing it for.

(Just to answer a)1840 ;) b) stuff c) many d) since I was 13 so 17 years.)

Funny enough I have used the line - would you like to see my stamp collection with mixed results :D

Drew
