No Rod none postal used. Hope I am not out of this forum's rules. We spent 3 weeks here it was at the end of my wife's and mine 18,000 mile trip around Europe after we were married and our funds were a bit light on but we lived like a King and Queen here; everything was so cheap. The closest to postal used I got was when a group of 4 bus loads of French tourists made us guests of honour to the most amazeing feast with a 14 course meal. No-one spoke English and I know no French but after 3 jugs of wine out of a keg I was singing in French with everyone else and it was greatly looked upon as a frindly person trying to fit into a situation, thank goodness. I drove home on the wrong side of the road,a very windy road, passed no cars so a safe trip. They should of posted me home. After the 3 jug of wine I started on the red soft drink and drank heaps of it but it was full of spirits. What a night but the next day I do not like to think about!
If you watched any of this last year, stage 7 from Barcelona up to Arcalis was won by Brice Feillu in a solo breakaway. It must be on YouTube if you didn't see it.
Andorrra, is quite near (2 to 3 h driving, depending on the trafic jams) to Barcelona, and we go there from time to time for skiing, trekking o just shopping. I don't know when you went to Andorra, but the country has chaged very much in the last 20 years.
First of all, and advertising postcard:
They also have a tiny postal museum. The only time that I've been there (last June), they were closing when I arrived, but I managed to buy some postcards:
