It looks blue to me too.

Looking online at other non-grill stamps it looks darker. Call it dark blue.

Is it lighter or darker than the E grill? Our perception of your scan may not be as accurate as yours would be. All that said, they both look dark blue to me.

Your image is very low resolution and could never give us enough information to help you identify this stamp. It's blurry and there is no year date nor month.
