Does anyone know the organization that used the overlapped "CC" perfin? I have a few of them just like the one posted but was never previously able to identify the user.

Brummieskin: There is a value on this perfins, unlike kevin504's post. They are a very common perfin/precancel. It is either a "E" or "F" value perfin (don't have my catalog in front of me). Depending on where you can sell it, it ranges from 10 cents to 20 cents US. Hope this helps.

That is not value....it is a minimum price assigned to a item to cover a dealers time, etc....
Plenty 10/20c stamps is not valuable...they are common.
SORRY...that is the truth.
