Washington Covers Needing Postmark Id.

The first 2 images are covers sent to foreign destination but the postmarks have no date,month or year except alphabets D&K.2nd image unable to trace exact year of issue of stamp as in the net stated as 1887 and 1890.The 3rd image is needing to know if the postmark is smudged or that is the postmark.4th image need to id postmark type.Thanks and all help appreciated.

The first two are mute oval cancels usually used for packages and printed matter.

The last was from an International Postal Supply model C11 (machine 4).
