The Germans have a long history of encouraging and celebrating stamp collecting. They issued numerous stamps and postcards commemorating stamp exhibitions, stamp collecting, and the post office in general.
While wading through a new stack of postcards, I assembled this set. They are a 10-card set of private postal stationery commissioned to commemorate the 1937 National Stamp Exhibition in Berlin. The cards depict stamps from German history, and each bears a different combination of stamp indicia.
