Notice this black shade over this stamp spread especially over part of the face though there are some minor black stains all over the stamp. Don't think it is postal cancellation. Any opinions and comments or any other infos will be much appreciated. Thanks

It's just a postmark - why should it be anything else?

Funny postmark. Spread many parts of the stamp.

Smudged. Probably parts of more than one cancellation. It, also, could be dirt. But if you are hoping for an error of colour: forget it. These were single-cylinder printed photogravure stamps. No second colour was involved in the printing.
