You are asking for opinions on a color variety without a picture?

Is this what you are talking about?

The 1/3 Groschen (MiNr 10) is a rare stamp, whether it is 10a or 10b. 10b is much rarer and in used condition even more so. I assume you have an Attest? Forgeries are very common.

"Moosgrün" is an old designation, now it is called "dunkelgelbgrün".

This reference gives a little information though not about usage (downloadable):

And here is information from the stampsx forum (in German), 6 pages:

Not to burst your bubble but Briefmarkenprüfstelle Basel is not a reliable expertizing firm. All the German stamp forums have plenty of threads showing examples of their certificates and why they have issues.

@Gemania
can you link some sources of briefmarkenprufstelle basel not being good. I would like to learn more about that.

Also, is it that they arent accurate at identifiying forgeries?

thanks

Here is a link to another website, stampsx, which has a thread entitled "Warnung von Briefmarkenprüfstelle Basel" (27 pages!). The thread started in 2007 and continues through to 2023, so they have a long and extensive history.
