I tried finding this perfin on the Perfins Club website but found nothing that matched. Since I only have a handful of perfins, I do not have their catalog. Any thoughts on what the 3 in a C stands for? Thanks for the help

this is C417 Federal Reserve Bank Philadelphia ( I presume Phila is known as bank 3 of 12 ) - rated E very common
