Much of southern Finland was ruled by Sweden. Even today, you will find many places retain their Finnish and Swedish names. I was in Finland earlier this year and travelled by train from Helsinki's airport to Turkku (Åbo). The stations have double names and announcements are made in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
The address is in Helsinki. At the airport, you will see local trains for Helsingfors, which is the old Swedish name for Helsinki.
