I found this 1990s commercial cover in a collection. I presume it's low-value. Is there any reason to think differently? I don't collect Israel. Thanks.
Indeed, such covers are not rare and are sold in Israel for about 0.5-1 shekel (0.15-0.3$). The stamp on it was issued in 1983 and its nominal value is 15 old shekels. Two years later, in 1985, in order to fight inflation, 1000 old Shekel became 1 New Shekel.
