I am buying covers from the USS Sunbird (ASR-15) that were cancelled from April 1984 through March 1985. Also looking for covers from Submarine NR-1, same date range. I was the Admin/Personnel Officer (and stamp collector) aboard Sunbird and whenever I received covers and cover requests from collectors, I personally prepared them with the ship's seal and other markings as requested and sent them back to the collectors so that they could get postmarked. Sunbird was the support ship for the Submarine NR-1 nuclear research submarine and am looking for covers from NR-1 for the same time period. Let me know what you have and I will pay a fair price. Thank You!!
