Did Scott ever make a color guide for its U.S. Specialized Catalogue? The only U.S. made color guide that I am aware of is "The Wonder Color Gauge" by Meghrig.

They did. I borrowed it from APS last summer. it's helpful. Someone is selling one on eBay for way too much. I would be willing to be pay around 100 bucks for it.

It's only for some types of stamps though. Not all.
