Help Identifying Third Reich Stamp

I have this small stamp from Nazi Germany and I have not been able to find a lot of info about it online. One seller said it's an import tax stamp while another said it's a membership due stamp for the Nazi Home Guard. The emblem however is the logo of the Reich Ministry of Food and Agriculture, so I'm a little lost. Only date I can find is 1944-45, though not sure if this is correct. If someone with more expertise with Germany stamps could clarify it would be greatly appreciated.

It's a revenue stamp of the Reichsnährstand, circa 1934.

It says "Reich Sewing Partner" "Blood & Soil," according to Google translate.

Sorry about earlier post. It says "Reich Nutritional Status." Apparently it was part of a campaign to boost production during the 30s.

Nährstand means "producers," typically of agricultural product, hence "farmers" or "peasants."
